The transport and logistics industry in Denmark employs more than 150,000 people and raises the surplus on the balance of payments by 40 billion annually. Danske Speditører is divided into 7 local associations. The association’s secretariat is located in the Børsbygningen near Christiansborg in Copenhagen.
Danish Freight Forwarders is a member of the Nordic Freight Forwarders’ Association (NSF), FIATA and the Danish Chamber of Commerce.

The Nordic Freight Forwarders’ Association looks after the interests of the Nordic organizations in the field of transport and negotiates, among other things, NSAB – Nordic Freight Forwarders Association’s General Regulations.
