Commodity Forwarders, Inc. was incorporated in 1974 by Alfred Kuehlewind as a one-person office in Los Angeles, specializing in perishable products; primarily strawberries to Europe, via air. CFI has grown to 14 USA based offices in 7 states to service the perishable cargo needs of our customers. What started out as air export for strawberries to Germany would later move into domestic air freight, ocean exports, imports and distribution services.
