TEST 4 The history of the CSCARGO Group dates back to 1995, when the local transport company CSCARGO, as was established in Jičín.

At the beginning of its activity, the company focused in particular on providing transport and logistics services for the automotive industry. Since it was founded, the company has continuously increased its turnover, the number of employees and the capacity of the vehicle fleet. Both organic and acquisition growth enabled CSCARGO to expand into other European countries, which was connected with the restructuring into an international holding company, which gradually acquired other important companies from the region of Central and Eastern Europe into its structure (e.g. Šmidberský Transport, TSL Unitrans, Air-Sea or JTC Transcentrum).

Currently, the CSCARGO Group operates in three European countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland).

In 2017, the group achieved sales of CZK 4.7 billion. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of the CSCARGO Group amounted to CZK 271 million. These key figures make the group one of the leading Central European transport and logistics service providers. The group currently employs over 1900 people and operates 2400 trucks daily cruising Europe. The sole and 100% shareholder of the group is Tuffieh Funds SICAV plc.
