The predecessor of Beijing Fuhang International Logistics Co., Ltd. was the Beijing Representative Office of Hong Kong Lushan Aviation Co., Ltd., headquartered in Hong Kong. In 1992, with the approval of the Ministry of Communications, Hong Kong Lushan Shipping Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Hong Kong, which was listed as a subsidiary of COSCO (Hong Kong) Group. In the same year, representative offices were established in various domestic ports. In 1995, with the approval of the Ministry of Communications, Hong Kong Lushan Shipping Co., Ltd. was renamed: Hong Kong Fuhang Shipping Enterprise Co., Ltd., and the representative offices of domestic ports were also renamed in the same year.
