The Lopez Erazo Customs Agency (ALE) began operations as such in March 1982 in the city of San Pedro Sula, Honduras. An office was then established in the country’s main port to handle shipments and coordinate freight to the industrial capital, San Pedro Sula.

By 1990, ALE was already operating in more than 5 offices nationwide, providing cargo handling and customs clearance services for all types of cargo. High demand for cargo handling was emerging for ALE from its customers.

In the year of 1998, the board of directors of ALE founded ALE CARGO. This action generated added value in the company by providing a complete and comprehensive service.

With a group of avid and experienced employees, ALE CARGO began the service of a freight forwarder handling logistics at an international level, offering the maritime cargo consolidation service. With agencies and representatives in more than 82 countries worldwide, ALE CARGO exceeds the expectations of its clients in the field of international transport logistics.

For the year 2006 ALE CARGO established offices in San Salvador, El Salvador handling import and export cargo via the Pacific Ocean.

In this year 2007 ALE CARGO has established offices in Guatemala City, Guatemala. We consider this city as the most influential in Central America in terms of cargo handling. We have had very encouraging results handling cargo to Guatemala and we trust that ALE CARGO Guatemala will follow the route outlined by Honduras and El Salvador. We expect to achieve substantial growth in the years to come.

Introducing 2008 with our own offices and warehouses in Panama. ALE CARGO DE PANAMA, begins this year with the establishment in one of the most strategic places in terms of cargo. Panama, the epicenter for Latin America and the Caribbean, expectations are encouraging for this region.
